The Brief
We wanted a way to engage with each other as human beings, not just as co-workers and co-collaborators. We gave ourselves the design challenge: could we create a survey tool that could help us better manage work and people by helping us get to know each other better?
Our Work
We created Personaliteam, a web app that helps distributed teams get to know their coworkers, to help them activate relationships - personal and professional - beyond the status quo.
