Repositioning Augustinian vocation outreach

We were engaged to support the three Augustinian North America Provinces in a joint initiative to spread their vocation outreach across digital platforms and mediums.

Our work with the Augustinians

Website Redesign

We re-designed the Augustinian's vocation-specific website with an emphasis on user experience, information discovery, and contact capture, to increase the inbound conversion rate on site traffic.

SEO Optimization

We optimized the existing Augustinian Vocation blog with keyword-rich copy and updated metadata descriptions to boost searchability, ultimately driving traffic.

Social Media

We optimized and standardized the social media channel strategy for the organization, creating weekly social media posts in addition to coordinating efficient content campaign creation.

Campaign Planning

We planned and executed an integrated social, email, and print campaign to promote Augustinian Vocation Awareness Week, driving impressions and site traffic.

Video & Photography

We captured Vocation-specific content in short and medium-form video, including professions of solemn vows, "get to know you" videos, and other behind-the-scenes videos of daily Augustinian life.

Ad Spend

We created ad creative and managed online advertising spend on channels like Google Advertising, leading to click-through rates of above 20% on primary keywords. 

Email Marketing

We delivered bi-weekly email campaigns to 1,000+ subscribers, leading to organic shares, engagement, and traffic spikes.

Graphic Design

We prepared graphic design assets and layout for various supporting campaigns across mediums.

Analytics

We created a monthly cross-channel analytics dashboard report that enabled the vocation team to quantify impact, global impressions, and engagement.  

Our outcomes

One year of results in three months.

It took us three months after go-live to match the 2021 full-year number of connections made with potential discerners on the old vocation website. And we're just getting started.
